PlayDnD Games

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 30, 2026

I.T. Just Works ("we", "us", or "our") operates PlayDnD Games, a game-server hosting and billing service (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information — your name, email address, and password (stored only as a secure one-way hash).
  • Billing & transactions — invoices, credit balance, top-ups, discount code usage, and payment records. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Service data — the game servers you order, your plan, server address/allocation, and related configuration.
  • Technical data — IP address, session cookies, and server log data used to keep you signed in and to secure the Service.
  • Support messages — if you contact us, the email, subject, and message you provide, along with your IP address and a timestamp.

2. How we use your information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service and your account.
  • Process payments, apply credit, and issue invoices.
  • Provision, manage, and control your game servers.
  • Send transactional email such as payment confirmations and service notifications.
  • Respond to support requests.
  • Maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service, and only as needed to perform their function:

  • Payment processingStripe processes payments and subscriptions. Your payment details are handled by Stripe under their privacy policy.
  • Hosting & provisioning — our game-server control panel and hosting infrastructure, to create and manage the servers you order.
  • Email delivery — our email provider, to send transactional messages on our behalf.
  • Legal & safety — when required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others.
  • Business transfers — if the Service is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to secure the Service. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Data retention

We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Support messages are retained for a reasonable period to help us assist you.

6. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including hashed passwords, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To make a request, use our support form. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
